  • An American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Systems Level 1 coach
  • A competitive runner with nearly a lifetime’s worth of experience, from elementary school to the NCAA and post-collegiately with three Boston Marathon Qualifications
  • A passionate USA Track & Field Coach who thrives off motivating and empowering athletes on the journey towards their goals, uncovering how incredibly capable they are
  • A Hands on Patient Educator with 4 years of experience teaching anatomy & physiology as an adjunct professor for Occupational Therapist students and over 800 undergraduate students while managing a full human-cadaver lab

As an avid athlete, the spirit of sport and the dedication needed to excel at any physical level captivates me. During my first undergraduate exercise science class things ‘clicked’, leading to earning a masters degree in Kinesiology. After spending over 3 years as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and full-time clinical exercise physiologist at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, I knew pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree would further my knowledge and open up more opportunities to grow in this field. I have found a niche in combining my love of sport with my intense curiosity of the science of the human body, and use these clinically to help others persevere and achieve their health and fitness goals –from basic daily living to those of the athlete.
